For custom product-development requests, include a description of the item, how it will be used and any known mounting, retention or operational requirements.

2. We Review the Requirements

We will review the request and contact you if additional product, configuration, billing or procurement information is required. We aim to respond to agency inquiries within four business days.

3. We Prepare the Next Steps

For existing products, we will prepare a formal quotation and provide any available supporting product or procurement documentation.

For custom development requests, we will confirm whether the project is within our capabilities and outline the information, samples or next steps required to evaluate it.
