Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available through our checkout.

4. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify processes personal information when you visit the store, create an account or complete a purchase.

Shopify may also process information about your interactions with our store, other Shopify merchants and Shopify services to provide fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, advertising and other enhanced services.

Your information may be shared with Shopify and service providers located in Canada, the United States or other countries.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to:

• Judge.me for collecting, verifying and displaying product reviews

6. Data Sharing and Targeted Advertising Choices

We do not sell personal information for money.

Some disclosures or uses of website activity for advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.

You may manage certain information processed directly by Shopify through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

7. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary order, account or customer-service messages.

8. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

We use Judge.me to manage customer reviews.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, information such as your name, review, product purchased and verification status may be processed and displayed through Judge.me, Shopify or the Shop app.

Do not include confidential or sensitive information in a public review.

9. Discount Eligibility Verification

We use Jotform to collect information for our military, veteran and law-enforcement discount program.

Uploaded identification is used only to confirm eligibility and may be viewed only by the authorized Gray Fox Strategic staff member responsible for reviewing submissions.

If eligibility is approved, the uploaded identification is deleted after approval. It is not used for marketing.

Jotform may process and store form submissions in the United States or through other service locations described in its privacy policy.

10. When We Share Information

We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate our business, including:

• Shopify and payment processors
• Shipping carriers and fulfilment providers
• Google and advertising or analytics providers
• Judge.me and review platforms
• Jotform and form-processing providers
• Email and communication providers

11. International Processing

Gray Fox Strategic is located in Canada, but some service providers process or store information in the United States and other countries.

Personal information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed, including lawful access by courts, law-enforcement agencies or government authorities.
