4. Products and Configurations

Many Gray Fox Strategic products are made to order using the options selected during checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct firearm, weapon-mounted light, Draw Side, Finish, Mounting Option and other available selections before placing an order.

Products are manufactured from available configurations and are not individually custom-designed unless otherwise agreed through a separate written OEM or commercial agreement.

Product images are provided for reference. Colours, patterns and minor visual details may vary because of materials, manufacturing processes, lighting and display settings.

5. Product Availability and Changes

Products, options, prices and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or restrict sales to particular customers, organizations, geographic regions or jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. If an error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability or legal and shipping restrictions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact information.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Prices and charges are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

Agency purchases, purchase orders, OEM projects and other commercial arrangements may be subject to quotations, purchase orders, contracts or other written terms.

10. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your customer account and for activity associated with it.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update your contact details when they change.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, designs and written materials, are owned by or licensed to Gray Fox Strategic Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

12. Feedback and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, reviews, photographs or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another party’s rights.

You grant Gray Fox Strategic permission to use, reproduce and display that content for business, support and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidential product concepts, designs and OEM information are governed only by a separate written confidentiality or development agreement.
