Warranty, Return, Exchange and Cancelation Policies

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Kydex products.

We do not cover user neglect(leaving our holster on the dash of your car during a hot summer) or lack of regular maintenance(lost screws due to lack of threadlocker.) 

Altering your holster in any way voids the warranty.

If your product needs repair, we will repair it.  If it needs to be replaced, we will replace it. 

Warranties on third-party hardware that we stock(Safariland, G-Code, BladeTech, Ulticlip, Discreet Carry Concepts) are to be serviced through their respective warranty/returns departments. 

Please email at sales@grayfoxstrategic.ca with the order # to receive detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and do not guarantee warranty work/replacement.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 15 days of receipt.  

To be eligible for a return, the following applies:

-        The product is in its original packaging

-        The product has not been used or damaged 

-        The product was purchased directly from Gray Fox Strategic

-        The product was not a custom order or a sale/clearance items 

You must email us at sales@grayfoxstrategic.ca with the order # to receive detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Gray Fox Strategic and are issued upon receipt of the returned item.  *No refunds on a custom order or sale/clearance items. *

We will process the refund as quickly as possible. Returns will include a 20% restocking fee and will not include original shipping costs. 

3% will be deducted from the refund to cover banking transaction fees associated with the return of funds.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of the product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping and for the risk of the product being lost or damaged during shipping.

**Note:

If you purchased your holster from a retailer other than Gray Fox Strategic and wish to return or exchange it, please return it to the store. The purchase falls under the store's return policies. We are unable to refund holsters purchased from a retail outlet.

Exchanges

Cancelation

Cancelations will only be accepted up to 2 business days from the date the order was placed, the following applies.

Email us at sales@grayfoxstrategic.ca with the order # and we will process the refund.

3% will be deducted from the refund to cover banking transaction fees associated with the cancelation.

Cancelation of Custom order:  5% will be deducted from the refund to cover design time and an additional 3% will be deducted from the refund to cover banking transaction fees associated with the cancelation.
