To wait several month's to finally use this in simulated IPSC practice, expose screw heads scratch external side of gun barrel. Not overly pleased with having exposed screws on interior opening of the holster with rear strap.
I take good care of my equipment, and really disappointed that an equipment would alter the face of the pistol.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I apologize that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. I would like to address the points you raised in your review.
Regarding the lead time, our website clearly states that we have a 5-week lead time on all orders, as we custom-build each order as it is received. You placed your order on October 16th, and it was fulfilled on November 18th, which is well within the 5-week window.
Regarding the issue with the screws scratching your slide, we use an industry-standard post to attach the Level 2 strap to the holster, and it is built with a bump-out designed to provide clearance. If you notice any unusual markings, we advise you to immediately stop using the holster and contact us. We are more than happy to help investigate and rectify any problems.
To allow us to investigate this further and determine a solution, could you please send us some photographs of the inside of the holster?
Excellent holster I can’t wait to buy another for my glock
Got a Cerberus in M81 woodland for my Glock 19x. Feels and looks great. Eric answered all my questions and took the time to help me mount it to a belt. 10/10 would buy again from Gray Fox.
I am very impressed with my first purchase from Gray Fox. I’ve used so many holsters I’ve lost count in my career. This matches what I’ve come to expect from the big names that cost several times more $$. I would highly recommend the holster and mag pouches
Absolutely stunning in every detail. I have 10 holsters from Gray and I love it. Full disclosure Eric hand cut this custom holster and took measurements to make it fit my Walther. His commitment to customer service is unmatched in the holster and shooting accessory business! Thank you Gray Fox! 5⭐️
Wanted multicam for my Glock 17 with RMR and I couldn’t be happier. Attached easily to my Safariland QLS kit. Looks stunning and functions perfectly.
Was just as expected fits perfect great service from the crew here would recommend to anyone looking for high quality products
Well made, timely and the owner was friendly, responsive and helpful.
Would 100% recommend, and will definitely pick up my next holster from here.
Holster fits my MC28 V2 Girsan like a glove. Nobody that I am aware of produces a specific holster for this model. Great people to deal with and Veteran owned and operated. They have gained a loyal happy customer. Excellent customer service.
Amazing quality, far better than I could have expected, much nicer than any only holster I have used in the military. Amazing customer service who answered any questions I had.
I ordered QTY of 2 CERBERUS holsters for Sig Sauer P226 Legion.
I was totally impressed by the quality of the product.
The fit is perfect and the delivery was as scheduled.
Five starts for sure.
Thank You, I will do business with you again!

Solid retention even at relatively low compression.
Reasonably low profile with the CUBL attachment.
Retrospectively would order with Thigh Strap option for general range use as the holster tilts even with a stiff gun belt.
This holster is very well made. The craftsmanship is clearly there. This is not amateur work. They have clearly put real thought into their product. It arrived well fitted and was easy to install on my belt. The retention is perfect and adjustable as needed. Thank you.
All CZ Pistols SP01, SP02 and SP09 fit nice and snug.
I contacted Grayfox recently to have a last minute holster made for an upcoming match.
They were able to turn out a beautiful holster and mount for me in just a few days.
While this is not my first holster from Grayfox, I am always more than impressed with the fit and finish on their products, as well as the impeccable customer service.
I do and will always recommend Grayfox to anyone I can!
Thanks again!
I ordered a Cerberus holster for my Sig P226. It arrived in time for my pistol course and is a perfect fit. The OD colour is also a bonus, it’s a perfect match for my ceracoated pistol.
Great holster will buy another
Great holster, very well made and finished and all assembled with the optional parts I ordered for mounting on the belt. Very pleased with the purchase and service from Grayfox.
Great worksmanship and fit, positive retention.
I got the best advise and the right help. These guys went out of their way to make sure what I was ordering would work for me and it would not have they recommended a different holster style and rushed my order so I could have it for an IDPA match. The holster I got was perfect thanks guys

This is hands down the best holster I own. I’m so happy to support a Canadian company that makes outstanding products.
Not much to say the retention and the belt attachment are safariland so high qaulity everything about this is quality looks and feels great.
Holster fits my CZ P10F perfectly. Outstanding service, and prompt response from Eric with a question I had.
No nonsense, clean holster. It’s what I like.
I had been referred to Gray Fox Strategic by Randy Turner of Direct Action. As expected, Gray Fox Strategic delivered! Eric was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and the holster is on point! I am very pleased with my purchasing experience and highly recommend their products!
