DAB 6 Degree Spacer

The True North Concepts DAB Spacer is a low profile holster spacer built to mount between your Safariland holster and the MHA or RHP platform. Designed for U.S. law enforcement, duty holster users, and competitive shooters, it adds a 6 degree outward cant that opens up your draw stroke and pushes the back of the holster a touch farther from the body. The spacer is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a non-reflective Type III hardcoat anodize so it holds up to daily wear alongside the rest of your holster setup.

At under 2 ounces, the DAB adds clearance without adding bulk to your duty belt, leg strap, or Safariland platform configuration. Its 6 degree cant gives the grip enough outward angle to clear thicker body armor, Safariland SLS Level 3 hoods, and thumb guards on retention holsters that would otherwise crowd the support hand on the draw.

The DAB uses the same Safariland 3-hole pattern as the rest of the True North lineup, mounting between any compatible Safariland holster and an MHA, RHP, or RHPP holster hanger with the necessary hardware. Most users find the spacer kit pairs well with adjustable retention holsters, single stack pistol holsters, and standard duty holster setups where extra clearance over a vest or carrier matters. The kit is sold with the components needed to install on a True North platform, and longer screws may be required depending on the holster and mounting kit you are running.

For comfort, the outward cant pushes the pistol grip away from body armor and other gear, which makes the draw smoother and reduces interference with the support hand.
