The Vulcan brings the Constrictor’s low-profile design to chained handcuffs, providing secure and accessible carry without unnecessary bulk.

Designed for Peerless and Smith & Wesson chained handcuffs, its precision-formed Kydex construction keeps the cuffs close to the belt while a snap-secured Soft Loop provides added security.

Retention is provided by rugged EPDM bands engineered to resist UV exposure, ozone and seawater while maintaining their elasticity in demanding conditions.

Replacement bands are also available for added peace of mind. Click here to order spare bands.

Constrictor Cuff case

Pouch is well made and the built quality is great. If you are working in a LEO role, I would not recommend this carrier. The rubber band retention broke off during a call rendering the holder mostly useless. Good quality poor design.
